Hello to anyone reading this, After high school, I went to Iowa Wesleyan College and competed on the Swimming & Diving team (received most valuable swimmer my first year). Then transferred to the University of Maryland for the diving team, but ended up on the gymnastic gymkanna troup. After college, taught physical education for 33 years in good old Montgomery County. I finished up as department head and supervisor of the Physical Education, Health, Art, Music, and Foreign Language departments for my school. I coached Swimming teams for Springbrook, Walter Johnson, Seneca Valley, & Watkins Mill. I was a regional diving coach for all 23 high schools in Montgomery County. I also coached about 25 years of girls gymnastics & volleyball at Gaithersburg High School. I retired from teaching in Montgomery County in 2006, and since I have lived in Gettysburg PA since 1983, I don't miss the sometimes 2 hours a day commute each way to work. My wife Beth taught 1st grade here in Gettysburg. My son Michael lives on the same lake as me and works in Logistics for Target. My daughter Catie teaches art in Colorado.
